If you are looking for an experienced mobile mechanic then give these people a shot. Very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable prices for the quality of work they provide. I have used them a few times for car service, brake repair and battery replacement. On every occassion they exceeded my expectations with their service. Very transparent with the repairs and the cost involved.
Charged $900 for diagnosis and alternator replacement. Alternator stopped working again after a week, found out from another place that these guys did a horrible installation job and caused damage wearing out the new alternator. Couldn't get warranty or refund, had to get new alternate again and an auto electrician to fix the damaged wiring.
Needed a mobile mechanic, got an instant response, recieved a quote upfront, no hidden fees! They got my vehicle back on the road, with no drama. It was nice to receive good old fashioned service that come with a smile and very couteous mechanics.
Really happy with the service. The mechanic arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly figured out the problem with my car and had it fixed within about 30 minutes, which was a huge relief. Got me back on the road without any stress. Would definitely recommend if you need a reliable mobile mechanic.
Waaaaaaaaay too expensive. Car battery issue. $169 for "diagnosis" which I agreed to because I thought it'd be something more than them taking literally a few seconds to check the battery is not at 12 Volts like it should be. $347 for battery replacement, not too upset about that. Overall they're friendly, well organised and easy to contact but after that "diagnosis" I won't trust them to do anything for me in the future.
Didn’t resolve the issue. Charged me for a service and my car still didn’t turn on. Had no intention of resolving the issue… did a “diagnosis”that wasn’t even in the ball park. Had to call out a second mechanic out and he diagnosed/fixed it straight away. Extremely un professional incompetent and un-Australian
