Absolute legends! Thanks team for squeezing in my tyre puncture and helping out when you were obviously very busy. Really appreciate the amazing customer service!
Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.
I couldn’t be happier with the service from mycar Tyre & Auto South Melbourne. I called just two days ago and they managed to fit my car in today. They kept me updated throughout the day with great communication, diagnosed and fixed the issue and also provided a clear quote for some future work without any pressure. The whole experience was professional, honest and stress-free. It’s such a relief to find a team you can trust with your car. I’ll definitely be returning for any future servicing and repairs. Highly recommend!
Had a warranty issue with a tire and they fixed it very quickly. Great pricing on the tyres and as it was under warranty it was free. 10/10
Great experience and great service! Highly recommended!
I broke down near St Kilda Road with a loud noise coming from my car. Even though I live far away, I called My Car ahead of time and they were ready to help when I arrived. Despite being really busy with other customers, they managed their schedule to fit me in and got my car fully repaired on the same day. Absolutely impressed with their service and time management. Highly recommend! Ps, I was also really impressed with the mechanic who looked after my car, I think he might be Korean. Thank you so much, 🙏🏻✨
