Noel the owner is a great guy,I had a noise from the front, without any appointment he looked at it,took the car for a drive found the problem, fixed it straight away, took me for another drive and the noise was gone. The shop was very busy,his staff are great and he took the time to drop other things to fix my car so I can continue my trip home to the Eurobodalla. If in Townsville and need anything mechanical NCS is the place hands down for service and price A++👍👌

Very honest and knowledgeable owner (Noel) who runs the business with his wife Sarah. A homely, casual feel to the place, as is often the case when it’s a family concern. Reasonable pricing, efficient workers alongside Noel, and honest interactions. Fitted me in to a busy schedule, which was very kind as it was a problem with my brakes. I wish I’d found this place earlier, but better late than never. Highly recommended. Thank you NCS 😃👍🚙

Very hard working mechanic. Noel has been fixing cars (including mine) till late evenings and even during public holidays! They have also positively surprised me with much lower invoice than I have expected after initial estimate. Great mechanic. I will be using their services as long as I'm in Townsville.
