Been here several times to service the cars I drive. Imran is very helpful and responsive, he got my car serviced the same day I told him I would come. Not to mention the pricing is very fair as well. Keep up the great job!

Stay away from this mechanic! They are dishonest and unprofessional. They're unhelpful and they don't put anything in writing making it hard for you to get repairs done for a RWC. DO NOT GO HERE.

Very friendly staff, budget friendly, excellent service repair with straightaway because emergency repairs. Very lucky to get here.!We have to travel at NSW today. Good thing they help us without booking needed. What a life saver! May God bless you all. 100% Recommendable Repair shop to all.

Just incredible service. Despite not being an existing customer, Imran dropped everything and went out of his way to help me with an emergency on a Saturday. Turns out it was down to subpar repairs completed by another local mechanic only 2 weeks earlier. Could not speak highly enough of my experience at Prestige, thanks guys!

Wow. And WOW! I rang these guys in a stressed state from just out of Daylesford I looked them up because I have a Mercedes sprinter campervan which needs special attention so I looked up prestige cars and their name came up for me. They were so kind to me on the phone and gave me advice for my error message about my water coolant. And when I told them I had done all of the things that they were suggesting they said just to get straight into them and they would sort me out. I was only in Ballarat for three days and on the first day they worked on it for about four hours and it was really dirty and sludgy . It needed more attention than they could give it that day. I have just picked up my van. They were thorough, they were kind, in that they were honest and told me upfront everything that they would be doing and that might need doing. I can now safely drive all the way back to Melbourne feeling like my van is going to be fine. Thank you so much all of you. Your understanding of the problems that were going on and the way you treated me will be forever remembered. I hope all my Ballarat friends will come to your mechanics workshop, because I know that they’ll be in good hands if they do. PS I don’t recommend if I don’t believe wholly in my recommendation.
