Elliott was recommended by a fellow Peugeot owner after several disappointing experienceses with the Gateway service team. After service I had an issue with parts that weren't available at time of service resulting in me having to return the following week which I was not happy about. I explained this to Kyah, the receptionist. Upon my return I was greeted by Elliot who explained the delay in parts. Very impressed with the excellent communication between Kyah and Elliott. Elliott quickly explained and resolved the issue. Happy with the service and the reasonable cost. I will definitely be coming back. Happy customer.

Recently had my Subaru Forrester fixed by the team here and cannot recommend them highly enough 👌 Even though it was close to Easter, they got my car in. The explanation of what had happened and what was needed to fix my car was done in a way I could understand, and the cost was an amazing surprise, considering some of the previous quotes. The entire team were a pleasure to deal with, and I will only have them work on "Betty" in the future.
