Had been travelling with the engine warning light on in our Sprinter. Torisi’s were the first folk to actually offer assistance. Top folk to deal with and so happy with their help.

So ill got 2 quotes for brakes , one from AMG and 1 for here ,genuine AMG was considerably less but i went with these guys due to father's reputation of buisness .good job mechanicaly excellent and outstanding service front counter and the boys .however I lost brake assist and other related computer options to do with brakes and wheels of the AMG also bleeder valve on 2 wheels leaked from collection . The brakes new from here did not pull up like it did before . No biggy unless you need em under a hill climb at eaton range and or on the street . Had adjustment at AMG on holidays back to normal. 3 stars only due to I had to go to AMG after to correct said issues . Mechanical rating 5 star .electronics ....2 to 3 star .

Really care about their customers. Honest, reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Go above and beyond for their customers.

Sonya and the crew provide outstanding customer service, making you feel genuinely looked after. Because they're so popular (for good reason!), you need to book in advance. I don't know much about cars so I'm always nervous about being ripped off - not with these guys! They take the time to explain everything and flag potential issues. They are transparent about pricing. They genuinely care about their customers and community. Such an incredible local family business!
