I had a long-standing issue with a foul smell from a dead mouse under my car's bonnet. The mechanics at Treg Smith's Auto did a very thorough job trying to identify the source of the smell and cleared it. Once again I can enjoy fresh air when I turn on the aircon and the heater. The mechanics at Treg’s who worked on my ute today did an excellent job. I could feel as soon as I drove away that they had sorted all the points of concern I had mentioned. Jeff especially was very transparent with all the works required and costing leaving no surprises at the end of the day. The rest of my family get their cars serviced at Treg’s and now I see why! Best experience I’ve had getting any vehicle serviced by far.

Visitor from Brissy, once we arrived in Toowoomba my car experienced some issues and the guys at Treg’s were just incredibly helpful. Another auto shop unfortunately couldn’t take my car & had a 2 week wait but these guys went above and beyond to get someone to inspect my car. Detailed report and a thorough explanation were provided by Zac and Jeff and a huge thanks to the lovely admin staff too who made calls to get my car sorted in a matter of days! I had my breaks serviced there and when I got my car back I heard an odd noise, a grinding sound when drive and worse when I brake. I told them and returned the car. After paying $80 for them to look at it they told me there was no issue. I still have the grinding sound. Very, very poor. I will never take my car there again.
