urgent replacement of an alternator and a service on a Nissan patrol. they fitted me in at short notice and completed everything in a day. excellent service, fair price, very accommodating. would recommend to anyone.
I was happy with the service but still not sure why I was charged $425 when the quote was $300 and no explanation of the extra amount
We had an excellent experience at Ultratune Port Melbourne and Mishu was great to work with. He was efficient and got the roadworthy on our car done a day ahead of our expectation.
Terrible service. Tried to rob me by failing a RWC and saying over $1000 of repairs were needed. The car had only previously passed a RWC less than 5 months prior and only 500kms driven on that car since previous RWC passed. Took the car to a more reputable mechanic that laughed and said there was nothing wrong with it and that they would pass the RWC immediately. They said to watch out for Ultratune and the likes of bigger chains as they just make up repairs that arent even there. Disgraceful business and will be reported to fair trade and ombudsman.
This place is a total rip-off. They charged me an absurd amount for a simple tire swap. I felt completely taken advantage of, Definitely won't be going back, and I'd advise others to steer clear if you don't want to get ripped off.
