Vik Mobile Workshop Pty. Ltd

Vik Mobile Workshop Pty. Ltd. is a car repair and servicing business established in 2008 in Melbourne, Victoria. The company was founded by Vik Pudaruth, who holds a Diploma in Management. Vik Mobile Workshop Pty. Ltd. has over 30 years of experience in the field. It offers mobile mechanic services, coming to the customer. Services include new car logbook service, scan diagnostic test, brake pads, rotors, wear sensor, air conditioning service and repair, and battery replacement.

Drivers who need a mobile mechanic to come to them, whether a car is stranded at home or simply due for a service, recur throughout the feedback for this operation. Vik, the mechanic named in nearly every account, is described as knowledgeable and thorough on both new and older vehicles, working with genuine or high quality aftermarket parts and, as several customers note, arriving with the high tech equipment needed for diagnosis and repair.

Punctuality comes up repeatedly, as does the transparent pricing customers say they are given before work begins, along with explanations of what is needed and why, delivered in plain language. Reviewers mention being shown options and costings rather than being handed a single figure, and the willingness to talk through maintenance tips with owners who have let servicing slide.

Repeat business is a common theme, with families and friends said to use him over several years, which reviewers link to trustworthiness, fair charges and a patient, friendly manner. Auto electrical work and general servicing appear among the jobs described, and the mobile setup allows repairs at a customer's location rather than at a workshop. The recurring thread is reliability combined with clear communication before and after the job, summed up by long standing clients who describe the same standard of care each time.
