Eat service ever. From the minute you book with Michelle, who’s a legend to the boys who do the technical stuff you know you are in good hands. Hence why I’ve been using them for 10 years
Whether it is my 1960 VW Karmann Ghia or my new Audi Q7 the team have always provided great service and support.
I had some major issues with my VW Transporter that my regular mechanic didn’t seem to know what it was. It was going into limp mode and acting like a turbo under boost issue. After reading great reviews about Volks Affair I took it to Tom and the team who worked out we just needed a new hose. They were extremely knowledgeable and the service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend these experts!
Your garage agreed to take my car to work on it at a last minute request, after I explained that it had been breaking down a couple of times and we had been unable to find a mechanic in my area. The car was fixed promptly although you were busy, staff were professional and friendly.
Volks Affair was recommended to me by a colleague and long time Audi owner as a trustworthy place to get my Audi S3 taken care of. I can only say excellent things about the place - from Michelle’s patience and kindness with my multiple phone calls, to Tom’s openness, communication, vast knowledge and honesty about things that needed to be taken care of and serviced with the car, to the timeframe it took to service it and last but not least the price which was extremely fair and transparent. I had an issue with the infotainment after the cars battery died, they discovered a few things that needed to be taken care of mechanically. I am so glad they did as I now have peace of mind yet for the first time in owning this car don’t have a hole in my bank account. Do yourself a favour if you have a WAG group vehicle - take it here, support a small and independent business and they’ll take care of your vehicle as if it were their own.
Volksaffair diagnosed weird vibrations in my car correctly. Suspected DMF problem, turned out to be AC compressor. A lot of workshop able to work on euro cars, but a workshop that has excellent diagnostic skill? Absolute Gem
