They sent a technician the next day called Nirmal, Nirmal was so professional and knowledgeable, my car needed a few repairs and he attended all including ordering and changing parts on the same morning, it was raining and no shelter, he did all work without hesitation, my car is driving really well 😊.

I had a pre-purchase inspection done for car that I was buying from the facebook marketplace. Nirmal did the inspection for me while I was present at site - he was very detail oriented and took the time to explain what he was doing while he was doing it. He gave me a insights on his findings as well as stuff that I should look out for in the future if I decided to purchase the car. The findings from him were eventually also reported to the seller and fixed in the road-worthy-certification. Nirmal was amazing - punctual and professional with his work. In hindsight, though pricey booking the pre-purchase inspection with Ace-Mechanics was the best decision I took before purchasing the car.
Ashley was wonderful with my old little swift! Poor thing overheated and had to leave her in a 7/11 while I went to work. He communicated with me throughout the day and was honest about what was needed. Albeit not happy that my car was just serviced less than 2 months ago, by another mechanic, but Ashley saved the day. So professional and wonderful!
Osman has been amazing. My car was having issues, and he looked into everything and completed a service as well. He went above and beyond what my expectations were and also kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Even calling in the morning when he was on his way. Will be using ACE mechanics for all our servicing moving forward.
