4.3 / 5 · 72 totalCame out and told me my car needed new breaks front and back and its just had a full service. Also told me a nee tyre was needed so it took it to be inspected and it didn't. Took it back to where it was serviced and they removed a wheel to inspect and showed me they were fine and said he could not have seen the pads on a patrol without removing a wheel and he didn't. I got the roadworthy the next day with no work requires. I would never reccomend using them.

This mobile mechanic service was awesome the last few times I used them I booked a rwc for today between 2-4pm that never happened ok meanwhile I got a text message saying that they would be there between 2-2:30 I rang at 3:15 to see if I was getting it done oh no they run over on a job meanwhile I was sitting and waiting for anybody to ring to say that there is a hold up on the job no follow up no ring out if courtesy and definitely no professional etiquette sad as I rates them pretty high not now the mechanic well was just that and if he's the only one doing the jobs for this company up here good luck cos U reputation depends on Ur customer satisfaction I would not rate this at all now poor communication unprofessional and no phone etiquette to customers who cares if U r a king everything is respect mate ok I ain't Ur mate ok that is inappropriate to call me yep auto king auto flop no ratings and my review is from personal experience today zero stars and I won't recommend or even rate these guys very disappointed and upset customer satisfaction zilch Shane Ah-sam I had to give them something
Phillip of Auto King carried out a road safety inspection for me on a Mazda 3 at Yeronga, Brisbane Phillip was on time, extremely thorough, very professional. He inspected inside, outside, under the vehicle and under the hood and road and brake tested the vehicle. I would highly recommend Phillip for all similar inspection work. Cliff Dee
