The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and continuously interrupted me while I was trying to explain my situation. She wouldn’t allow me to finish a single sentence, which made the conversation frustrating and unproductive. Good customer service starts with listening, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. It felt dismissive and unprofessional throughout the call. Based on this interaction alone, I would be hesitant to deal with this company again.
Rude!!! Says they have 50 mechanics available to come to you today . Yet when questioned got called a ***king D*** head 👍
ONLY HAVE PINK SLIP INSPECTORS NO REAL MECHANICS AND THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU
