These guys have done a fantastic job each time, servicing my car, pink slips and did me a reasonable deal on my wheel bearings and tires when they wore down. The online booking service is a standout, you can book everything in using there easy website and it saves a lot of hassle. Good group of young blokes who are super reliable and provide amazing friendly service. 👍
Decided to try a new mechanic after our previous one started to charge ridiculous rates and we found these guys. Awesome communication and transparency, good value and quick booking turn around. A hidden gem, highly recommend!
I read all the five star reviews. This is my experience. Called as the transmission on my fiat was showing a fault. I was told by Nathan that they deal with European cars all the time. My car was towed to the workshop. Three days later the problem was found $500 part which had to be ordered in. Three days later wrong part arrived. Three days later was advised of new problem which would now cost $2000. Three days later part arrives. Part replaced and two days later my son was advised car was repaired $3700 and was ready to be picked up. Drove 8km from workshop car stopped and had to be towed back to workshop. We were then told they could not fix and my car was towed to another mechanic. Its was repaired fully in three days. No refund, no apology. Rego checks and maybe a service is the only job I would recommend but only if desperate. There is so much more to this story but please know I have never experienced a more upsetting and unprofessional mob in the 3 weeks my car was at their workshop. Believe me, you could not possibly make this story up. Reply to response from owner. . FACT The car was driven every day up to the day I contacted you.. . FACT The car sat at your premises for three weeks during which time I was never advised at any time you could not repair the vehicle. FACT I did contact you and you stated no further discussion would be entered into FACT. The car was towed to your business sat for three weeks and towed out FACT . You charged me $3700 for the pleasure. .
I have been twice now - once for my pink slip and once for a log book service. Both times the guys there were very welcoming when I arrived. I was able to get the appointment date I wanted. They did a great job and didn’t take all day. The price was very competitive and no issues encountered.
If I could give this business 0 stars I would They Charged my daughter 350.34 for a oil change On a 2013 Subaru forester, spoke with Nathan and he said that it was justified due to he had 4 people knock it out in 15 mins, so he says I was paying for 4 mechanics to do it so it would be quicker , it takes me 15 mins single handedly on the same vehicle to do the same thing they did. I called them on the phone a couple of weeks later after she had it done and asked how much to do an oil change on the same car and I was quoted 199.00 . Clearly these guys took advantage of a young girl . A full service should include air filter and upper engine clean also a new crush washer for the sump plug which she did not get as you can see in the picture I supplied here the only thing they supplied was oil And filter. Ive just changed the oil on her car again cause I didn’t trust there workmanship and abilities from these guys and it cost me a total of 85 dollars and that’s retail price from repco, but im sure they buy all there oil and filters in bulk .. I asked Nathan for a refund of 150 for the difference and he refused. Please steer clear of these guys , I’ll be complaining to nsw fair trading.
PA auto very happy with the work they carried out and price was very good. And had the work done in a very short period of time. Would highly recommend the business who after tyres or a service
