My van was experiencing a sporadic steering issue I needed to get checked out and didn't know any mechanics in the area. Following the reviews I decided to give Auto Service Newcastle a try and I'm so glad I did as they were fantastic to deal with, very friendly, genuine, helpful, informative and no BS! They found the issue, fixed it, the car is driving much better now and it also resolved a whistling issue I thought was related to something else. I felt very comfortable dealing with them as a female, my car is driving much better and quieter and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Worst mechanic ever. Scratched my car dash area and when I took it back and show them , the manager shout at me and said “you are lying , I don’t care about the scratch ”. Her name is Karen and she suits her name perfectly. Never going back. .
