Auto King Mobile Mechanics Wollongong

Auto King Mobile Mechanics was founded in July 2006. The company began by serving the Gold Coast with mobile safety certificates only. It now operates 40 vehicles on the road. The Wollongong branch is run by owner-mechanic Cody, who has over 20 years of experience and has been a mobile mechanic since 2013. The company has an upfront pricing policy.

Services include mobile car services, mobile car repairs, mobile pre-purchase and inspection services, and mobile rego checks (pink slips). The Wollongong service area includes Port Kembla, Bulli, Dapto, Unanderra, Fairy Meadow, Figtree and more.

Mobile servicing and repairs are the core offering, with a mechanic travelling to the vehicle rather than the driver visiting a workshop, as reflected in the Mechanic subtype. In the accounts provided, the response to enquiries is described as prompt, with a person answering rather than an automated system or a hold queue.

The service is also characterised as polite and helpful. Cody is named as the mechanic, described as professional, hard working and honest. Pricing comes up as competitive for the work carried out on site.
