Absolutely amazing experience at European Car Centre. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The mechanics were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly about my car. You can really tell the team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. The service was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend European Car Centre to anyone driving a European car. Fantastic customer service, excellent workmanship, and an all-around great experience. Long time client of this business- honest advice and excellent friendly service. We have had a cheap and cheerful mini and an Audi serviced here and very happy with both. They are not only interested in the top end like some competitors and prices have been more than reasonable. Also do their best to fit in quick checks if required and they have capacity. Happy to recommend.

A big shout out to the girls on the customer service desk and to everyone that worked on my car .I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service i received from start to finish in fixing my mercedes.This company knows what they are doing and dont charge like a wounded bull.If you own a european car dont go anywhere else they are the best in town .thankyou so much everyone .

Rene and her colleagues helped us with an appointment asap and did an amazing job as they had to be creative with the parts they had on hand to avoid a long wait for the part to come from getmany.
