Thank you Lou for taking the time to talk to me about the problems we we’re having with our VW Tiguan. I followed your advice and all is ok 2 weeks later. I did not get any satisfaction from two VW dealerships only how much it would cost for a diagnosis. I had previously received good service from Auto Studio, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. My vehicle required major repairs, and I was quoted more than $7,000. Given the unexpected nature of the fault, I was hoping for more empathy and guidance throughout the process. When I asked whether insurance might cover any of the repairs, I felt discouraged from pursuing that option rather than being provided with helpful advice. I was also concerned that this significant issue arose only four days after the vehicle had undergone a full service, and I did not feel reassured when raising those concerns. Throughout the process, I found my interactions with one staff member to be negative. In my experience, his communication came across as dismissive and, at times, condescending, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. The vehicle remained at the workshop for several weeks while I awaited the outcome of my insurance enquiries. During that time, I felt pressured to remove the vehicle before I had clarity on my options. While I understand the business needed the space, I would have appreciated a more understanding and considerate approach to communication. I eventually had the car towed to another German vehicle specialist after paying more than $200 for diagnostics. After obtaining opinions from two independent mechanics, both questioned why the wiring harness had been cut and suggested there may have been alternative repair options available that could have been significantly less expensive. I was never informed that the wiring harness had been cut until I specifically asked Auto Studio about it, and this information was not included on the invoice provided when the vehicle was released. Based on these discussions, I was left questioning whether all available repair options had been explored. In contrast, my interactions with the other mechanics were reassuring, informative, and professional. They took the time to explain their reasoning in detail and were generous with their time both over the phone and in person. Ultimately, I could not justify the repair costs and made the difficult decision to write off my Volkswagen and sell it for parts. This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortunately, it left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and significantly out of pocket. Based on this experience, I would never return to Auto Studio or recommend them to others.

Auto Studio was fantastic at servicing my BMW with expert care and knowledge for German made vehicles, providing great pricing and service! Would highly recommend the team to anyone with a European vehicle to book for your servicing needs!

Took my car in there about 6 months ago. The service was horrible and they charged me about $5000 dollars more then my other mechanic. They misled information claiming there were multiple problems with my car that didn't exist. Stay away.

Auto Studio have been maintaining my European cars for many years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The service is first class, prices are very good and most importantly the advice is spot on. I highly recommend Auto Studio
