Severely over quoted for works that when I got second and third opinions on, some tasks also weren't even necessary! Would not return.
Marc and the team at Adelaide Auto Masters are honest and experienced in their repairs with awesome customer service and explanations on any work needed before it’s carried out. Their pricing is fair and the workshop is clean. They also have a warranty that they offer on parts & repairs, which gave us more confidence with some costly repairs we needed for our son’s car, which they will honour even interstate. A good team at Auto Masters Adelaide who I’d thoroughly recommend.
I have been to this auto masters quite a few times and have always been extremely satisfied. They are always very friendly & informative & provide very prompt service. Thank you to Marc & the rest of the auto masters team for the great service :)
I can’t recommend Auto Masters Adelaide enough! Their customer service is outstanding and they are always so helpful. The best part is the total trust—they give honest, correct advice every time and never rip you off with unnecessary work. If you want a reliable mechanic in Adelaide who treats you fairly and doesn't do work that isn't required, this is the place!
Great service and friendly staff. Best and easiest way to get the car serviced while working in the city.
"Amazing service, thanks guys! I am travelling through SA and had run into some trouble with my car… the guys at the store managed to fit me in as early as they could and I had no issues dropping car off and waiting for things to be done. Awesome!!
The reason for the for stars was just a miscommunication at the front desk which made me book in for another day, Other than that I had very good communication with Jay Auto Masters in Mount Barker. He was very patient, open, honest and helpful from the beginning and has explained in detail the problem with my car so I was well aware of the outcome. There was no hidden agenda and he gave me a very detailed written quote and report. They left lovely complimentary gifts in my car, which I appreciate... the first time I experienced that from a dealership. Thank you
