Carrington Street Auto Repairs - Repco Authorised Car Service Adelaide

Took my Hilux here today for a service at the recommendation of my partner who was happy with her experience. Great guys running the place, got me booked, and gave me a call after I’d taken it in. They let me know the issues with my car, but also told me the timeframe for when they’ll be urgent for a look at. No pressure to service everything all at once, just what was necessary and what to prepare for next service. Even tightened my handbrake (typical Toyota…) although it’s not part of a normal regular service. Chuffed with the experience, will be back for further work and upgrades!

The team is very experienced complemented with exceptional and prompt service. Thankyou to the whole team.

I just had to share my experience with this workshop. It's simple. They are the best in the business. Great service, fair prices, and easily the best customer care I’ve come across. I’m officially Terry’s number one fan—her friendly smile and patience is the best! Congratulations on the brilliant service. Best workshop in town, by far. Cheers

Very grateful i found this business. I called many months ago after being told by a chain-business mechanic that I may need to replace my transmission as I had a clicking sound which I've never noticed. This business quoted me 7k - because Honda. I was in a panic because after 130,000kms, I knew it couldn't be right. The mechanic was so knowledgeable on the phone and put me at ease. I brought it in later that week, and it turns out it's just a completely normal sound that I've just never noticed before. Saved me so much stress knowing I wasn't in for a massive bill. I've since brought my car back for servicing and repairs and have always been greeted with a friendly face and consistent service! Thank you to Terry and the team for always taking such great care of my car, even if I do bring it back too often for the standard 12yo car things 🤣

It’s the little things that add up to great service at this long standing business. They know cars, but more importantly, people.

I'm very happy with the customer service. The team managed to fix a long term problem and Terry was very communicative. They called me every time they needed my approval to repair something and let me know what the next steps were. Very happy with the whole service. I highly recommend them!!!
