Great service, real human beings that know their stuff. And don't charge the earth to a bloke with a dodgy old banger. Appreciated :)
I cannot fault these guys. Amazing customer service, honest and helpful. Their communication was above anyone else I’ve ever dealt with. They didn’t take an easy fix, they took the time to get to the problem and work completed properly. I’m grateful for their patience and I’ll continue to use them as my mechanic. Thank you for making a stressful situation that much easier
Really poor customer service, the lady in particular was very nasty and defensive when I was wanting clarity on what I was paying for. She was bad mouthing other companies that I had called previously that were actually wanting to help me. I felt like I was not prioritised or treated respectfully throughout this process. One week prior to dropping my car in for its service I had rang Challenger Motors and was promised that my car could be looked at and fixed overnight with a standard rate discussed. The day of dropping my car off into the company I was quickly notified that they could not fix my car overnight and I would have to wait 14 days at least for it to be fixed. I was also informed that the price of this issue had gone up $100 from the original price given to me a week before hand.
Friendly service. Went in for a quote and was able to book appointment within a week.
Great experience communicating, fingers crossed they treat my car as well as they treated me
Thanks Kurt for helping us when it seemed nobody could... Our car was immobalised in a tight spot and all attempts to get it started were unsuccessful... We have used Challenge motors to do car services and minor mechanical repairs for several years ... We rang Kurt and he came out with another mechanic and got the vehicle running within 15 mins. Fantastic customer care without the fuss ... no call out fees, nothing was any trouble to come to the place where our car was "stuck". We had rang and tried getting advice from the local vehicle dealer but no successful and they suggested that car needed to be towed to their workshop. Appreciate the care from Kurt at Challenge to come and check the situation first .. solution was simple and resolved and no expensive tow or workshop costs. Good ole fashioned care which is not easy to find these days. We will continue to use Challange motors for all our mechanical needs and recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for great service and real customer care .. thanks Kurt !!!
We have been going to Challenge Motors for near 30 years now and never one complaint. Pleasure to deal with.
