Went to JP for the first time recently and they will definitely be my regular mechanic from now on. I am a woman that very obviously doesn’t know much about cars, but they didn’t take advantage of that whatsoever. They were super honest, very clearly explained any problems to me & answered all of my questions in a patient and thorough manner. I felt really comfortable the entire time, and would really recommend them :)

Scot and his team are highly skillful and knowledgeable. Larissa is also very professional. One great thing is that JP's prices are quite reasonable and the team will always try to understand your problem first-hand before offering a solution. Highly recommended.

I unfortunately had my windscreen wipers (front and back) completely destroyed while parked on a main street. I drove down to JP with one completely sticking out and not sure what to do. Scott was so lovely and took the bent one off and ordered the new parts. They arrived the next day and the team replaced them for me. Thanks team, it's very much appreciated ❤️

Scott and his team at JP Automotive have been servicing our cars (Subaru Forester, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and Subaru XV) for the last 5 years. The costs are always reasonable and half or two thirds cheaper than the dealerships. Scott is upfront about potential issues coming up at each service.
