JR Auto has been my go-to mechanic for the past few years, and I recommend them to everybody. The team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their communication is also stellar, they take the time to explain what needs to be done, keep me updated throughout the process, and are always happy to answer any questions. It's reassuring to know exactly what's happening with your vehicle and never feel left in the dark. Most recently, Mariane was able to organise a repair for me at very short notice and made the whole process seamless. The level of customer service is consistently excellent, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about both their customers and the quality of their work. If you're looking for an honest, reliable mechanic who provides great workmanship and outstanding communication, I can't recommend JR Auto highly enough. I can’t recommend Jorge and Mariane highly enough. They look after my Mercedes and Range Rover and the level of service is exceptional every single time. Jorge is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s needed and what’s not, which gives real peace of mind, especially with vehicles like these. On short notice, JR Auto was able to diagnose a problem with engine pulleys in my Hilux, rapidly got a quote to me to fix, then whilst fixing, informed me of an alternator issue, rapidly got me an updated quote, and fixed both issues same day. Super impressed with the communication from Mariane and the mechanical team, with great explanations and photos. Well done, the car is purring again!

Id give zero reviews if i could, they "serviced" my car for $350+ a few weeks ago and the oil wasn't fully topped up. i just found out the filter was not changed from another mechanic today. I will not be returning here!
