hey everyone i just wanted to say as a women who knows nothing about cars and has ptsd i was so worried about finding a good mechanic i cannot praise this company enough they not only do an amazing job they deal with my anxiety and ptsd being they are most calm respectful pleasant people ive ever dealt with can tell they have such passion for what they do reasonable rates never over charged me if you're looking for great deal while dealing with great people do yourself and your car a favour and go see them worth every dollar thank you kc mechanical so grateful. your legends!!!!!!!!!

Tim and the team are great! No BS, they do the job and do it well! It's sad that there isn't a shop as good anywhere I can find in Brisbane but the small trip to get the job done right honestly is well worth it. They have also saved me thousands.

I am a new resident in Toowoomba so finding a new mechanic was a bit daunting. KC Mechanical did a general service on my Honda last Friday. They lived up to their advertised attitude of professional and friendly. The job was done quickly. The price was slightly less than quoted. Items needing attention were noted. I was impressed by Jesse's attention to detail when he cleaned my windscreen. The car is running well again. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you. You have yourselves a new customer!

Took my car here for a service and door handle replacement after waiting over 12 months for my previous mechanic to order the parts. KC mechanical kindly reviewed my car prior to the service to ensure they had the part available for my service date and despite being very booked up managed to squeeze me in for a service and repair and get everything sorted. A few weeks later a new issue appeared with my car and again despite being busy they allowed me to take my car down to leave with them so I knew the car was safely there before my battery went flat (brake lights stuck on). I had planned to leave the car with them and walk back to work so they could work on it over the coming days when they had a chance. Not only did they have the issue sorted in a manner of minutes I was able to safely drive my car back to work and they had fixed the issue and run a systems check so I had peace of mind! Absolutely overwhelmed by how kind and honest these guys are setting realistic expectations when they are busy but also going above and beyond. Not to mention their prices are reasonable. I have definitely found my new mechanics! Very grateful for voiceFM for getting me onto these guys!

The team at KC Mechanical always provide excellent service and fair pricing. From the first phone call to collecting our car, the staff were polite, explained the service in detail and even gave us information on future requirements and a price for next time.
