My 84yr old mother booked her car in to have a brake light switch replaced as they advised it wasn’t a fuse issue. My poor mother was charged $41 - $40 for Labor and $1 for a fuse because they made an assessment error and the brake light switch was not the issue, the fuse was. 30 seconds to install a fuse for $40 after she had to book it in and return the next day. This crew is incompetent and un Australian in my opinion. I wouldn’t have paid due to their poor assessment plus their lack of skills/knowledge.$41 for a $1 fuse and 30 second install. How dare you.

The staff at Lee & Thomas are amazing. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car quickly, they communicated very well and went out of their way to help. On top of all of that, their fee was very reasonable when I was in a bit of a pickle and they really could have charged like a wounded bull if they felt like it.

Absolutely terrific! Installed a light bar on my old man’s Prado wonderfully. Could not recommend more! 10/10 - He’s stoked.

I have been using this business for 25 years now and always had great service. Now I had some issues with the electrical system on my car and popped into Lee and Thomas for an assessment. i was met with smiley happy staff who were not only willing to help, they explained what they were doing and why. I thought I was up for $$$$ but Mark fixed the problem for a lot less than i thought and fixed it while I was there. His staff were courteous and efficient and the whole experience was very satisfactory. Highly recommended.
