Mackay Auto-Tech

Couldnt even get back with a quote great way to get customers. Too hard for some around here.

Not the best in Town, not the best in Queensland but The best in the world!! They literally saved our day (and the rest of the days) Just with One call; quickest solving problem and service of my Life!! Amazing guysss!!! 💕💕

Great experience with the team at Mackay Auto Tech. Booked me in at short notice to do my timing belt and water pump. Pricing was great, nearly half of what another company quoted me. Great service, would highly recommend.

We broke down with our Ute they were able to fit us in straight away. Give us the details if what was wrong with the Ute. They quoted every step of the way with parts needed to ensure we had the Ute back on the road in 2 days Very good customer service. Will highly recommend Our bad we didn’t look under the bonnet before we left garage They forgot to replace the cover that sits on top of motor

I've been going to Mackay Auto-Tech for the last 6 or 7 years now. Steve and his crew have always taken pride in their role. Every job that has been required on my current n previous vehicles have gone in broken and come out mechanically sound without issues. Vehicles have never been a reliable thing and are pretty much a never ending pit for $$$. That's why we have mechanics like these guys to fix it. Great customer service, priced accordingly to the type of job required. Honest and loyal. Highly recommend Mackay Auto-Tech for maintenance and mechanical needs. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!!!

Been getting my vw golf serviced by Steve and the team at Mackay Auto Tech for a couple of years now. The work is always done properly and professionally. They always offer a shuttle service so I can drop my car off before work and get picked up after when the work is completed. Most recently, I needed to have my water pump and connections replaced on my engine. Steve quoted me and ended up finishing the repair for less than the quote and sooner than expected. They also provided a free courtesy car for me while the work was getting done so I could get to and from work for those couple of days. I highly respect and recommend Steve and the team at MAT.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Steve and the guys here were outstanding. We had a incident just out of town while travelling in our caravan and once we rang and told him we were a travelling family his only concern was getting us back on the road safely. And he did within 24 hours. Can’t thank them enough.
