Had an alarm come up on our Ute. We went to the dealership who weren’t that interested. A great experience with Spannerman as they took a few minutes to check the diagnostics and saw the fault was minor and reset the system. Thanks for a top job with quick and friendly advice. Give these blokes a go 10/10

Not very happy. Dropped my car off for a service and timing belt change. Asked them to call me if anything extra needed doing. After getting a taxi to work and back I get a text to say it's finished and ready. Got there and my car will not go into gear to even drive it home (was not like this friving there). I asked them if they could just do the clutch but they said they had no time until next week. I was shocked that I was stuck there with no offer of getting home, the mechanic just left me and walked back into the shop. I'm so disgusted with what happened today. At least a phone call when it was finished to let me know the details would have been great and even a curtesy lift home.... Will never go back to this company. I drove home in first gear in peak hour traffic ...

Peter the owner has always looked after our vehicles. We have come back to Mackay for a holiday, and we asked Peter to do a service on our car before we leave to go back to Victoria and he was happy to.
