Really good and honest service from Mechanic At Home. The team is friendly, very respectful, and they actually take the time to understand the problem and diagnose it perfectly. Been with them for 2 years and they’ve never let me down. Highly recommend

The first time I felt the service quality was very good and the price was reasonable. The second time the repair price was much more expensive than the original quote, I felt it was very dishonest. To be honest, I will never come again.

I want to express my gratitude for the honest advice I received. After driving from Victoria to Adelaide, I noticed my car's brakes and accelerator didn't seem to be responding as usual. Concerned, I took my car to their shop. After a test drive, the person assured me that there was nothing wrong with my car and that everything was functioning properly. He explained that a long drive can sometimes cause temporary changes in a car's operation. Take a 15 mins break every 2 hours when going for a long drive. I was able to take my car back without spending any money. Thank you for your help and honest service. It's much appreciated.

These guys were very quick to accept the car for a minor check and repair. Fast turnover and very fair price. 👍

Just took my Range Rover in limp mode to these guys, its been running rough for the last couple of weeks, he plugged his diagnostic machine into my car cleared some issues and told me to go for a good drive to clear it out, if it still runs bad bring it back, It now runs like new. What an outstanding experience that stands superior to any service centre I ever had. Someone who usually had a chauffeur drive and hence not into cars, could be easily taken for a ride but not here. Mr Singh perhaps was the gentleman who accommodated me in the service shop’s closing times. Without being rodomontading in his attitude, he just joked and said I need to get to sweetmart and get sweets as fees. It just took less than a minute for him to check my car’s rear door lock. Owing to the silliness of the issue, and his time, I indeed wanted to get the sweets but nope he didn’t really take them. It is hard to find such genuine blokes amongst the herd who capitalise on every opportunity they can. May the business flourish as it deserves. A big heartfelt thank you.

My Camry can’t move, so I walked to the car shop this morning, The boss picked up us back and checked my car. The boss gave me a call and told me the alternator need to be replaced, after two hours job, he called me again and fixed my car.👍 highly recommend, good job👍 appreciated, thank you.
