This is a late review, but I truly wanted to extend my deepest gratitude to the Mel Auto Care Geelong team! Initially, I was just checking out different places to buy my first car here in Australia, and it felt like such a blessing to come across them because they had the perfect first car I could ever wish for. I genuinely feel so lucky and grateful to have found my car through them. From start to finish, they have been pleasant and very accommodating, even going above and beyond to meet my requests. Shoutout to Boss E and Kuya Marvin for making the whole process easy and stress-free. From providing the roadworthy certificate, transferring the vehicle, and helping prepare the car for its new owner, everything was handled smoothly. The price was also very reasonable, and you can truly feel that they are sincere and honest in their work. On top of that, I feel confident that the car was properly inspected, safe, and ready to drive. The peace of mind they gave me as a first-time car buyer means so much. Absolutely amazing Great customer service they went above and beyond explaining EVERYTHING to me which is important as a female who doesn’t understand cars. I never trust Machanics I felt at ease the whole time they were very thorough and confident and honest I’m definitely booking my car in for what needs to be fixed Well done guys! More places need to be like this I walked in thinking oh no here we go… and was just impressed the whole time !
Had a great experience with Mel Auto Care Geelong last week. Brought my car in for RWC inspection and they didn't disappoint! Checked all parts for wear and tear to make sure my car is ready and safe to use, gave me a reasonable price which is mostly uncommon for other shops. Owner and team were very honest, accommodating and respectful at the same time. Truly one for the ages! 100% recommended!
