Motors On Malop

Motors on Malop is a car repair and servicing business established in 2011. The business is headed up by Matt and Glenn, who each have over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Motors on Malop serves drivers throughout the Geelong area and beyond. The main services offered are logbook servicing, roadworthy inspections, and steering and suspension.

Families and business owners entrusting several vehicles to the same workshop, including those running luxury cars, form a recurring theme in feedback for this Geelong mechanic. Glenn and Matt are named repeatedly, with reviewers describing them as honest, accommodating and genuinely pleasant to deal with. One thing mentioned again and again is the clarity of communication: customers are consulted before work begins so costs are confirmed and no unexpected charges appear on the bill.

Servicing, inspections and repairs are the mainstays, alongside diagnostic work on items such as alternators, and several accounts mention vehicles being fitted in despite a full booking sheet, sometimes with a same-day turnaround. Reviewers describe being kept informed, treated respectfully and never made to feel uncomfortable on the premises, an aspect noted by female customers in particular. The standard of workmanship is consistently praised, with repeat clients reporting trouble-free servicing over many years and breakdowns resolved quickly. Tidiness, punctuality and fair dealing round out the picture, and the team's willingness to look at a problem without fuss comes through again and again.
