We had a knocking noise in one of our wheels - called Naveen on the Saturday afternoon of a long weekend. He arrived within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and easily. Thanks Naveen!

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received when my Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down. While waiting for them to arrive, I called my regular mechanic. He listened to the symptoms and suggested it was likely just a flat battery that needed a jump start. When the this guy finally showed up, I mentioned the battery, but he completely brushed me off, insisting it couldn't be that. He then wanted to push the car and actually tried to pry my gear shifter off to get it into neutral. He had absolutely no idea there is a manual neutral release lever right in the center console. After that, he randomly decided to take the fuel pump off, claimed there was no fuel reaching the engine, and asked me to let him tow the car to his workshop. Keep in mind, he was on his phone the entire time asking someone else step by step how to work on the car. I trusted my gut and had the car towed back to my own mechanic in Melbourne instead. Sure enough, my mechanic simply replaced the battery and the car started right up. However, fuel immediately started leaking everywhere because this guy hadn't even reinstalled the fuel pump properly. He also just dumped my engine cover and other dismantled parts into the back of my car. If I had let him take my Jeep to his shop, I have no doubt I would have been scammed into paying for a whole new engine. Completely incompetent service and a massive letdown. I absolutely do not recommend them
