Service Mobile Mechanic Canberra

I tried calling Mechanic Canberra as they advertise 24-hour service, but no one picked up my call. I rang multiple times and didn’t get a response even once. If you’re advertising 24/7 availability, customers expect at least some level of response or call-back. Very disappointing experience when I needed urgent help.

Very rude talking on the phone definitely not recommend to any of the customers. I hope the owner would know that customers are the first priority. I didn’t take the service because of the short tempered of the guy talking on the phone. Hope they will get the message.

Highly recommend - responded to my call immediately and could help me within 15 minutes! Had some stubborn number plates which needed removing. A previous mechanic had damaged the screws but Honest Mobile Mechanics managed to get them off for me! Life savers!

Great service

Travelling from WA and had a fuel leak in our Hilux's long-range fuel tank on New Years Eve day in Canberra. Steven was so helpful fitting us in for an emergency repair even though Toyota Gungahlin were one of the few mechanics open and already very busy. Top quality service.
