Sims Auto Electrics in Coorparoo draws consistent praise for honesty and fair dealing across auto-electrical work. Simon is named repeatedly, described as approachable and willing to explain options before any repair begins, while younger staff are noted for courtesy when guiding vehicles into the yard. Careful diagnosis recurs: one motorist sought a second opinion on a suspected alternator and left reassured no replacement was needed, and another had an air conditioning fault traced and rectified the same day.

Jobs mentioned across accounts include alternator replacement, side mirror repair, number plate and reverse warning light work, spotlights and general rewiring, with the neatness of finished wiring attracting particular comment. A number of customers describe being kept informed by phone about progress and likely expense. A pricing misunderstanding settled through a refund without dispute is also recounted. Fitting in unscheduled drop-offs, completing repairs ahead of a holiday and declining payment for extra work that improved a repair all feature. The recurring impression is dependable workmanship and straightforward advice on auto-electrical faults.
