This business is just superb. Customer services is a 10/10. Special mention goes to Kyla. She's at the reception. Not only does she know her stuff, she solves problems and fixes things in a breeze and with a smile. The owners are very very lucky to have her.
Reasonable price and fast service. They helped me solve a seatbelt warning and replaced my battery which is 4.5 years old.
Access Auto Electrics is top-notch! I took my Toyota Camry there just before Easter with an electrical issue, and the team was fantastic. They quickly figured out the problem and had it sorted without any stress. Super professional, honest, and very fair with pricing. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend if you want reliable and efficient service! ⚡🚗
Big shout out to the team at Access Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, for not only fitting me in prior to the Easter break, but providing an exceptional service experience. Technician Lachlan not only listened to what I was trying to achieve with a secondary battery option with my Isuzu MUX, but using his knowledge, skills, and advice; integrated my existing Bluetti Elite 200 V2 and Charger 1, with my roof mounted Starlink Mini plus Cowfish Cosmo Mini and Bushwakka 180 Awning light setup, giving our 4x4 a long term battery option for our off-road/country road trips. Thanks Lachlan for looking after our Isuzu MUX. It definitely got a work out over the Easter 2026 period.
They installed a Panasonic double head deck in my car was originally quoted 8 hours to do the job and they did it in 3 which I was very happy about. Bought the unit off eBay and they supplied everything needed to install the unit and total cost being rather cheap. Not happy that they chose to fix a little crack from a stone in my windscreen that I didn’t ask them do to. Now I have this ugly looking black square thing stuck on the back of my windscreen where the crack was. When I picked up the car they left instructions to my new stereo on the passenger seat plus a second copy of the instructions they placed underneath my dash mat so I’d see the reflection in my windscreen as I drove off. Not really an issue but still annoying as there’s literally no need to do that.
Tucked away at the back of the BP/NightOwl on waterworks road, this mom & pop shop is a top-notch, well-run family auto shop. Little hard to find the driveway but it is right in front of Fulcher Road. I was really impressed with how easy it was to get a quick appointment, and the assessment process was completely fuss-free. On the day of the service, they kept me updated on the work and ensured a same-day pickup, which I really appreciated. All in all, very happy with the experience. Thanks, Access Auto!
