I couldn't be happier with the service from Q and his team. From the first phone call, their communication was excellent and they kept me informed the whole way through. They were able to book my car in the very next day to replace the A/C compressor, which I really appreciated. The team was efficient, professional and had my car back to me quickly. It's hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but Q and his team definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto A/C repairs. Thanks again!

We've just bought a new dmax ready for the big lap and needed to have an Anderson plug fitted to charge the van on the go. I went in, talked to Nick, booked it in the next day. No problems, no fuss, Great service and a good price. I'll definitely use them again. Cheers Brett

Can’t speak highly enough about Quentin and his crew. My 4WD decided that it was going to run out of gas a few days before Christmas. I tried another place who couldn’t fit me in until sometime in the New Year, meanwhile it would have been pretty awful driving with the windows down to try to stay cool for the next two weeks. Quentin told me to bring my car in and leave it with them. Fortunately it only needed regassing, and I was called less than 2 hours later to go and collect the car. I will definitely book my car into QG Auto next time I’m have an air conditioner or auto electrical problem.

Replied on a Saturday , let me drop the car Sunday night with secure key box Pick up Monday arvo Air con crisp ice cold . Just in time for my Christmas road trip to Sydney . 10/10 . Almost don’t want to leave a review to keep this place a secret but gotta support good business when you find it

I have been contemplating whether or not to leave a review, but decided to in hope someone else doesn’t experience the same as me. My VW was taking a long time to pump cold air when the aircon was on so took it to this company to get it re gassed. When they inspected the car they found that it needed to have the compressor replaced so was going to need more done. As soon as I drove away from that appointment (which they charged $100+ for) my car no longer pumped any cold air at all, it was hot air only. Brisbane has been 25-35 degrees lately and I have two small children. I could not drive my car past midday as it was unsafe to be inside of it. I had my two small children at the appointment also, so they were well aware of how it would impact myself and my family. The quote they gave me for the new compressor was substantial ($1600+) so got a second opinion. This person came to my house as I couldn’t drive my car, and they looked at it and said someone had completely emptied out the gas. He said it was very strange for someone to do that. Our only conclusion was this was done to make the aircon worse so I could book in sooner? The other business I reached out to was able to regas my aircon unit with no issues and I had cold air for 2 weeks until they came to fix the compressor. This was $990 all up… much cheaper and a far better service. Very disappointing

Great communication from Quentin, slotted my cruise control module replacement job in straight away and did the job and test drive in the time it took me to stroll to the nearby shopping centre and enjoy a pie and coffee. Granted I walk and eat slowly, but still...😋 Professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the team at QG Auto Electrical 👍👍 Jimmy
