SP Auto Care Auto Repair & Service Centre

SP Auto Care Auto Repair & Service Centre draws steady repeat business in the Sunshine Coast region, and the feedback explains why. A number of customers describe bringing their vehicles back over multiple years, including one household with two cars serviced across a six-year stretch and another owner faithful through two successive vehicles. Puru is named repeatedly as the experienced mechanic behind much of this goodwill, credited with deep servicing knowledge, a straightforward manner and a willingness to squeeze in a quick look at a car over a holiday break.

A theme running through the accounts is the absence of upselling: reviewers contrast the advice given here with pricier suggestions made elsewhere, noting that economical options are preferred and costs explained before any work proceeds. Fast turnaround and accurate diagnosis come up again, notably when loose brake caliper bolts behind a nagging front-wheel noise were found and fixed after another outlet had dismissed the sound as normal.

Log book servicing and roadworthy inspections feature among the jobs handled, alongside a punctured tyre repaired without extra charge and a completed service handed back early enough for one customer to make a meeting. The finished work is consistently described as meeting a high standard, with clear communication and a professional, friendly manner throughout, and Mazda CX-5 owners are among those who keep returning.
