A & V Crowley Automotive

Reliability and old-fashioned personal service recur throughout feedback for A & V Crowley Automotive, a small workshop in North Mackay where Allen Crowley and his assistant are repeatedly named for the care they take with each vehicle. A number of customers describe prompt, honest work carried out faster than anticipated, including one instance where a traveller needing an alternator had the replacement completed the same day alongside a general check of the motor, air conditioning and cabin filters and fluid levels.

Reviews time and again mention reasonable pricing and clear recommendations aimed at keeping families safe on the road, with maintenance jobs finished well within the expected timeframe. The team's willingness to explain what is needed, and to do only that, comes up often, as does the friendly manner of the staff and the tidy, well-run nature of the premises.

Long-standing clients note that the same dependable standard has been maintained over many years of servicing their cars. General maintenance, alternator replacement and air conditioning work feature among the tasks described, and the atmosphere of a compact, traditional mechanical business is a point that comes up often. Regulars keep returning for the straightforward advice and the sense that their vehicles are in capable hands.
