Sunshine Coast European Vehicle and Roadworthy Inspection Centre

0/5 stars... Avoid these guys at all costs! My nephew took his car in to get an oil leak fixed and slightly stiff brakes diagnosed. They replaced a rocker cover and notified us the vehicle was ready to collect in less than 4 business days. When my nephew arrived, he was told that the ABS was now not working at all (previously fine just stiff), causing a constant dash warning light, and if we book it in again... they could fix the issue. We didn't even make it to the end of his street before the vehicle went into limp mode and the engine warning light appeared next to the freshly acquired ABS light. We turned around, went straight back and Ky said he would get it sorted ASAP. We contacted them every few days for the next 10 WEEKS... They gave us mutilple generic excuses, didnt seem in a rush to get it fixed, went on holidays and even out of the country without ever giving an update on the situation. We ended up demanding a part (should have demanded whole) refund and I did the repair myself, at home.. Geoff is unquestionably the best mechanic I’ve ever come across. In fact the tow truck driver who originally put me on to him said all the other mechanics in the area go to him when they can’t fix something. Also where many mechanics take a while to figure out what the problem is Geoff always knows straight away (he’s like the ‘car whisperer’ or something!). Totally trust this place and have kept going there even though I moved to Brisbane a couple of years ago. Highly recommended

Geoff and the team are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always fit me in at relatively short notice and rarely does he not have a courtesy car available. I drive a smart car, which Geoff specialises in. I would not take my car to anyone else.
