Ossa is a nice guy, service was well priced and he's honest to deal with, he picked up that I had an issue with a wheel bearing, I bought my car 2 years ago and I've been to multiple mechanics over the years who never noticed anything wrong with it. Me being an inexperienced person in regards to anything car related & mechanical did notice the noise and wondered if there was an issue, but never questioned it as I assumed it was just part of the car and put it to paranoia, the noise is gone and I will be back again for my next service :)
Fantastic service. Laid everything out to me and explained the cost of the parts I need and the cost of the labour, and they stuck to it. Fixed my car quicker than the quoted time and was upfront the entire transaction. Huge thanks to you guys! Will be returning to you in the future.
Ultra Tune Geelong is by far the most cost effective service I know of. They do a fantastic job, keep you well informed if any extra works needs to be done including a price of the extra work before starting it and the car is always clean and ready in time. I highly recommend them to everybody.
Too amazing for words. Osser is a true gentleman. I recommend everyone I know go there. Not sure if they do but it’s their loss if they don’t!
Trust is one of the most important and sometimes one of the hardest things to come by when searching for a good mechanic. Ossa is someone I trust. He looks after his customers well. Does a great job. Keeps prices down. Very friendly, generous with his time and good at communicating what needs to be done.
Quick response and professional; listened to my concerns and checked everything. Osso, who I dealt with, was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with their servicing of my car.
Archer and Luke did an amazing job and comminated in a timely and effective manner, I am very happy at the outcome of my service and other work they suggested to keep my car in optimal condition.
