Ultra Tune Geelong West

Ultra Tune Geelong West is a mechanic servicing Geelong and neighbouring suburbs including Newtown, Manifold Heights, and Drumcondra. The business specialises in vehicle maintenance, repairs, and checkups. A safe and secure lock box is available for key drop-off outside business hours.

Ultra Tune was established in 1979 with its first centre in Box Hill, Victoria, and is 100% Australian-owned. Since 1994, it has grown into one of Australia's largest automotive franchise networks, with more than 260 franchise centres nationally. Sean Buckley is the Chief Executive. Ultra Tune offers a nationwide warranty and provides corporate and government fleet servicing and maintenance.

Car servicing and brake-related repairs are the sorts of work that bring motorists to this Geelong West workshop, and the feedback gathered from customers highlights honesty and clear communication as its defining traits. Brad is named often for keeping people informed before any work proceeds, translating faults into everyday language and arranging lifts to and from the premises while a vehicle is in the bay. Kyle, the owner, is credited with a welcoming, generous manner that puts customers at ease, and the wider crew draws praise for being approachable and helpful.

A recurring point is that jobs are turned around quickly without any drop in the standard of the finished result, and that a noise another mechanic had misdiagnosed was traced and rectified properly on site. Straightforward advice, dependable workmanship and fair treatment on cost come up again and again in the accounts, alongside a genuine concern for the person behind the wheel. Several reviewers say they intend to return for future servicing and repairs, while others describe the process from handover to collection as smooth and well organised.
