4.8 / 5 · 202 totalI recently had a great experience with Ashmore RWC. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, communicated well throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. Their customer service was outstanding, and it was obvious they take pride in looking after their clients. The staff were knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, and I never felt pressured or left wondering what was happening.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my jeep to Asmore RWC Automotive services because the front wheels were binding. After paying over 5k for repairs, the car came back with new leaks that weren't there before. Just 2 weeks later the exact same problem returned. I took the car home spent 10 mins researching the fault code bought the replacement part for $110 fitted it myself in 15mins and the problem is fixed. I also tightened the leaking hoses that I was told were apart of a bigger issue despite being quoted a further $7K in repairs. Based on my experience, I cant recommend this workshop. I'd strongly suggest getting a second opinion before authorising expensive repairs.

Friendly & helpful guys. My partner and I both have our Subaru's serviced there. They know the Subaru brand very well Prices are reasonable.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Ashmore RWC enough. They saved me so much money and were absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. Another big, well-known car repair business quoted me almost double the price to fix my car, and I was so overwhelmed and upset by the whole situation. I called Ashmore RWC almost in tears, and straight away they made me feel calm, reassured me that everything would be okay, and somehow managed to fit me in that very same day. That’s the kind of service you only seem to get when you’re dealing directly with owners who genuinely care about their customers. As a female who knows next to nothing about cars, I’m always worried about being taken advantage of or overcharged, but I could immediately tell that wasn’t going to happen here. They were honest, upfront, friendly, and took the time to explain things properly without making me feel silly or uncomfortable. It’s such a relief finding mechanics you can actually trust. The whole experience completely changed how I feel about taking my car in for repairs. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Highly, highly recommend the fellas at RWC Ashmore — absolute legends!
