I have been a customer of Autoboss through many years and a number of cars and I always leave with a good feeling and a happy car. Joe and the team always do an excellent job , go above and beyond to make sure my car is running smoothly and always communicate about everything. I’m grateful to have found a mechanic that operates with exceptional integrity and care. I could not recommend them higher.
Came in off the road with troubles with my van, helped me without hesitation to get back on the road 10/10 service. Will be coming back here again
I have an old Mitsubishi and was recommended to Auto Boss for a basic service. Over $800 later, it was the most expensive service I’ve ever had, which included $300 for 4 new spark plugs. When I picked up my car, I was advised by Joe that my A/C had an issue and needed a new compressor motor, which he quoted around $3500. My car isn’t worth that much and I decided to get a second opinion. Was referred to another mechanic by a colleague, who discovered just a small leak in the A/C line and simply needed sealant and a re-gas, which I was only charged $120. Not a great look for the supposed professionals at Auto Boss. You be the judge.
Best mechanic I've been to in my life, I will never go anywhere else. Joe is exceptional in his customer service, genuinely trustworthy and won't rip you off. You can trust him to be honest, won't sell you on things you don't need and gets the job done quickly. The service Ive been receiving at AutoBoss makes up for all the times I've been ripped off by mechanics in the past, if you need a new reliable mechanic give Joe a call you won't be disappointed.
Had my car serviced yesterday with Joe from Auto Boss and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Joe’s attention to detail was second to none—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was in top shape before handing it back. A week after a service with CMI Toyota Adelaide my less than a year old Hilux was rattling. Worried about my Ute I called CMI who said they couldn’t look at it for another week, wouldn’t even have some one diagnose the issue. Worried I could be doing more damage I rang Autoboss who agreed to have a Quick Look and diagnose the issue. When I arrived Joe examined the Ute and identified the issue (loose bolts) and had it sorted in ten minutes. When I offered to pay for his time Joe refused. He even advised me that because the Ute was new I was better off financially sticking with CMI for services until the capped price servicing expired as he couldn’t compete on price. Amazing service, honest advice, and a generous good natured person running this business. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
