I had an easy and good experience. Phoned up, got them to come to my place 2 days later. Very friendly staff from phone to roadworthy. I’d definitely use them again.
They took the absolute piss, spoke to them at 7am trying to book in someone to remove a cv axle. They said yes and send a job out, planned for 11am, no response for hours so I’ve called reception, they were nasty and rude, said he’s not intrested because I’ve called to many times but every time I tried to get ahold of someone they kept hanging up and ignoring my number, many small business would have been grateful to get the job and done it cheaper, don’t go to these guys they are rude and none of them own the business so they don’t actually care, no excuses or anything just pure disrespectful. The whole company is a joke!
Our auto king mechanic was amazing. He was quick thorough and very knowledgeable. He communicated his progress and actions throughout the couple of hours. Price was significantly cheaper than the bigger brand mobile mechanics. Highly recommend Auto King mechanics for your mobile repair needs
Shane kept me updated on his arrival time, and arrived on time. It took him only a few minutes to identify the fault which unfortunately required a new part. He made sure i was aware of the specific part as their are 3 variants and even contacted a local dealer and got me a price for the component. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service.
I used Auto King Mobile mechanic's for the first time last week. Summer who answered my call was lovely to talk to and arranged for Nathan to come out and fix my car. Very good experience! Mechanic went straight into finding the issues. Explained everything so easy and understandable. Would recommend and he’s a mobile mechanic which is a bonus if you cannot get your car to a workshop.
