Had the pleasure of being looked after by Joel at BA Auto Electrical who was an absolute legend to deal with. Re-gassed my aircon within an hour of calling them on the same day. Highly recommend these guys.
I’m an out of town guy stuck in the middle of a road trip due to mechanical problems. BA auto was recommended through the spare parts company where I found the last compressor in Mackay to buy. I pulled into the shed and he straight away told me he can get it sorted. What an absolute legend you are . 3 days before xmass and Taking in breakdown vehicles from out of town. Doug is an absolute legend. I was travelling in my Coaster Bus when I could hear something was not right. I rang BA Auto Electrical on a Monday morning, I explained I was travelling and had a problem. He was fully booked, but after asking me a few questions he said he would at least look at it. I brought it in, he found the problem quickly and had me back on the road by 11am. I can't say thank you enough. A very genuine & honest person.
Can’t thank BA electrical enough. On holiday in Mackay from Brisbane when our car electrics suddenly stopped working. BA where able to fit us in and fix our car all in the space of a few hours meaning we were able to continue our holiday. Much appreciated!
Doug from BA is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help fix my car quickly when no one else would even attempt it. He was the only auto electrician willing to source the parts and get the job done. I was travelling 11 hours to pick up my new car and only had a two-day window to get everything done, and Doug made it happen. I can’t recommend him highly enough – reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping his customers.
