Nick is friendly, professional and provides excellent customer service. The mobile service means they come to your house - no waiting around in mechanic shop or industrial area. So easy! Highly recommend
Punctual, professional & knowledgeable - everything you could ever want in a mechanic and he comes to you! Great value for money on servicing and repairs plus he explains what he has done, what your car needs now and in the future in a way that makes sense. Love the way he will explain and show you the replaced parts so that you can feel comfortable and secure in the knowledge that your car is running right! Need better mechanics. Being interstate I put alot of trust into Nick giving me a honest assment of the car before I made the trip from Canberra to Wollongong. Not happy with the pre purchase inspection that nick carried out. He missed a few things that even I picked up on when I purchased the car for example worn seatbelt power mirrors not working to name a few.I have just failed roadworthy inspection in Canberra because of things Nick had failed to pickup on for example worn cv joints and cracked engine mounts to name a few. Now I have to spend a futher $1000 to repair the car upto roadworthy standard and even more money if I want the rest of the stuff fixed that nick failed to find.I feel ripped off paying $220 for your service's now. If I knew all this stuff needed repairing I wouldn't have brought the car.
Drove down from Sydney alone and had car troubles. I asked around and Jamie quoted me the best price and came out this arvo. Super quick, efficient and friendly! So grateful for a mechanic with a kind smile and reasonable price! Especially being a young single woman far away from home. Thanks so much Jamie, I apreciate it.
Thank you Jamie for your help with repairing my daughters car. My daughters car broke down while she's in Wollongong and not really knowing anyone. I was extremely worried as a parent and not in Wollongong, and panicking. Jamie assisted me with arranging alternative payment arrangements over the phone and conducted the repairs extremely quickly and ensured my daughter is able to safely travel on the road and get home safely. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in the service provided. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who needed repairs on their vehicle. As I am not in Wollongong we are definitely missing out. WOLLONGONG I FOUND YOUR LOCAL FRIENDLY RECOMMENDED REPAIRER!!!!!!! Thank you once again Jamie.
