Cairns Auto Spark And Mechanical

We had an issue with our car for about two years which had resulted in a change of battery on a number of occasions and recharging. We accidently came across Cairns Auto Spark and within half an hour our issue was dealt with. Couldn't believe how easy it was. This was about two years ago. Recently we had an issue with our battery on the car which was obviously that it had been left too long without being started. RACQ attended and for some reason our battery has caused an electrical issue. Of course we contacted Cairns Auto Spark and had a delightful lady (Dominque) assist us. Whilst they did not have the particular tool that could help, Dominque referred me to another entity to assist. 10 out of 10 Dominque for customer service. You have been fantastic. Absolutely recommend!!! The service I received from Nathan was exceptional! From the start of my service enquiry via email, his communication was incredibly friendly, informative, patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and overall outstanding. Meeting Nathan and Dominique at Reception today during the service drop off was all the above and more. I’ve never experienced service like this from any other auto service provider before..ever! As a female, it’s always a little daunting going for a car service and for good reason. I’ve never had a pleasant experience until TODAY! I’m so glad I found Cairns Auto Spark! The car service itself was super efficient, detailed and the final price, I had to double check because it was that low!!!! I’ve never felt so happy before/after a car service. How refreshing it is to feel valued and taken care of when booking/completing a car service. I’m still in awe about how absolutely wonderful, friendly, happy, kind and passionate Nathan and Dominique are. Just WOW. I am so grateful I brought my vehicle here for a service and for once, Im actually looking forward to doing my next car service! I won’t be going anywhere else! Could not fault the service and quality work from start to finish. They got the small things correct that often get missed from a customer perspective: - they responded to their online enquiry form. Not all businesses do. - they actively followed up with phone calls without prompting - had good knowledge of my type of vehicle, and explained the solution to me in a way I could understand without being made to feel foolish. - they completed the work by the agreed time - and were consistently pleasant to deal with. Don’t get me wrong, their workmanship was first class and deserves a mention in its own right, but it was the focus on the customer experience that was a point of difference to other shops. It was refreshing and a credit to their team. I know this sounds like a Hallmark card. I am not affiliated or connected to this business in any way. I very rarely leave reviews. It is easy to complain following a poor experience. It is only fair that credit be given following a good experience. Can confidently recommend.

Booked my car in to regas the aircon. Super quick and easy, just what i needed during this hot humid season. Nice cold aircon. Definitely recommend 👌

We've just had our car in for new compressor, piping and filter . The staff here are all helpful and they've really helped us sourced the best of the best within our budget. Nathan is truly a GOLD star employee ..with the searching sourcing... Amy and Laura always there too to assist further with the coordination of job.. David the mechanic is another awesome employee there with his hands!! He made sure everything is done properly . I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND Cairns Auto spark and mechanical to all. Truly the place with reliable staff!! Tq everyone!! This coming summer will hopefully be a cooling one for us..LOL

What ever you do get a second opinion , I was served by some rather dishonest people at autospark. The next professional car air conditioning business, could not even find a system leak and I was left holding a quotation from Autospark for $6090.00 to replace both evaporators. Approach these people with extreme caution.

Absolutely disgusting service. Didn’t do the service they charge me for (at the next service they noted the oil hadn’t been changed in years even though they had recently done a service months before) they also didn’t do the vehicle condition report they charged me for and voided my second hand warranty. They Left my car out the front of the workshop for weeks with a flat tyre - said they would put the spare on and bring it in each day a they never did - vehicle got damaged out the front - they refused to admit fault. Nathan was extremely rude and nasty. Would NEVER trust this workshop ever. The dodgiest workshop Iv EVER come across. Highly recommend torque masters if your looking for a really good, smart and trustworthy workshop to trust your car with. They also do integrity warranty's so you don’t have to deal with bright spark.
