I’ve been coming to this business for the past two years and have always had such a positive experience. The team are consistently honest, reliable, and professional, and they always take the time to explain everything clearly. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going to a mechanic, but everyone here has always made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely looked after. It’s such a relief finding a trustworthy business you can rely on. Highly recommend!

Took my 32-year-old VP Commodore in for a service with a fairly long list of issues including brake shudder, fuel tank breather problems and a loose exhaust. They were excellent to deal with the whole way through. They took the time to put the car on the hoist and physically show me what was going on instead of just handing over a quote, which I really appreciated. They also prioritised the safety-related repairs instead of pushing everything at once, and were honest about what could wait. The fuel tank issue is now fixed properly, the brakes feel great again, and overall they were straightforward, practical and great to deal with — no upselling and no taking advantage of me as a female customer. Hard to find mechanics like that these days.

I have been with Carite for over 10 years now and they've always taken care of me. Above and beyond service that I've been so grateful for throughout this time. They have always been open and honest regarding the urgency of work required for my cars allowing me time to plan accordingly and make informed decisions regarding necessity to remain safe and road worthy. Not only this, but we had our previous car lifted somewhere else which resulted in a strange sound occurring and the other place being unable to identify its source and issue. We then took the car to carite and they identified the issue immediately, further validating their knowledge and professionalism. Absolutely recommend and will never take my cars elsewhere. Got a small accident in the highway, brought my car in as it's nearby. The staffs are so nice and they got to my car right away! quick fix and neat job, couldn't be happier☺️

Great family run business. Marcus @ reception is friendly & professional. Boz Is awesome at diagnosing problems and also being a mechanic back when they had no scan tools etc(it would have been hard) he is also very passionate about cars and explains everything in full detail. I recommend Carite to all my family and friends. They do a proper, thorough service. Not just do the oil and filter with a quick check of the brakes and tires like a lot of shops these days do. I would much rather give my business to these guys than a greedy dealership any day! Carite also have courtesy cars for your convenience.
