I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jac and her team. No bs, just taking the time to thoroughly explain things to me whilst genuinely listening to my concerns and taking them onboard. More importantly, knowledge and facts to back up all of the information she presented as opposed to the usual patronising mansplaining you typically get when you go to a mechanic. Took our SS to Jac for a new water pump and she found 2 other issues which they also fixed. Was originally quoted $610 just for the water pump, but with the 2 new issues put it up to $1034, but discounted that to a straight $900. The work they did was phenomenal. Great and honest staff, excellent work ethics and have no problems recommending them.
