I recently took my car here for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I brought my car in without speaking to the team beforehand and they were incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. Mark and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They carried out a very thorough inspection and provided detailed, itemised quotes outlining all of the issues with my car. Having everything explained so clearly has really put my mind at ease, as I now understand what needs to be done and can work through the repairs over time. It's refreshing to find a mechanic that's honest, professional and genuinely focused on providing outstanding customer service. A special shout-out to Branson—thank you for all your help. I know my car is in good hands going forward. I highly recommend this team and will definitely be returning for future servicing.

Geelong West Automotive fixed my major water leak and got my car in when all other mechanics couldn’t book me in for 3 weeks GWA said I could drop my car off that day and they would get to as soon as they could had it back to me in a week which I really appreciated

I’m very pleased to be given this opportunity to share my thoughts on GWA as a place to have one’s Car serviced and looked after! I’m rather fussy about my car, a delightful 2011 model Peugeot 308 hatch, which my wife and I have owned since its purchase as a demo with just a few thousand km on the clock.
