Look before I write this I’ve been to a lot of mechanics and yes they all do they’re best to provide the best service they can. But in two occasions lube mobile has exceeded all expectations I’ve struggled with mechanics not listening to me about my concerns failing to want to investigate out of fear of cost being too much for a single mum which I do appreciate, truely, but lube mobile after the first visit picked up that my battery was too small (which I’ve been trying to say but nobody listened) and then in the second visit the young man did a thorough inspection before he verified I needed a new alternator which after a battery change is expected especially with dated cars not only did he make the necessary repairs he hesitated to replace my battery out of concern for my budget which I thought was the sweetest but thanks to after pay any necessary repairs was possible now my car finally feels safe to drive and I feel heard and understood . I’m a firm believer in “if it needs to be done, then it needs to be done” and thanks to lube mobile a they’re talented technicians it was finally done . Appreciate all the effort made guys truely appreciate you dearly 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽hope you all win the lotto 😂😂😊😊😊💕💕💕

Shout out to the legend Bodhi R31. He done a awesome job on my car. Not only fixing what i asked to be fixed, but also asking if i want other repairs that need to be done. I had my service completed by them. I booked it for the convenience of having it done at home but when he arrived he stated he needed concrete but no where stated that on the website or anywhere I booked it. Then after he completed the service and I received the invoice a few hours later I noticed he only completed an oil change for a 'logbook service' nothing else was completed and he created a new invoice for brake fluid and a airfilter which from a normal mechanic is included in the service. I will definitely choose someone else next time which is disappointing due to the convenience.

I have used the Lube service previously for a brake master cylinder. At that time it was a positive experience. Convenience at home. Recently I used the service again. This time for a gear stick bushes issue and gears not engaging. The issue was communicated prior to visit. The mechanic was unable to repair or resolve the issue. I can respect that as a probable a lack of experience. I understand that there was a call-out fee. But it seems unreasonable to charge me an extra hourly rate on top of that, and especially if you were unable to repair or resolve the issue. Please be aware of this when using the service. They may actually not be able to repair or resolve. My car eventually landed up with a another mechanic. Problem resolved and repair done within 1 hour. The Lube mechanic was friendly and professional. On time. Excellent communication. But he was unable to resolve the issue and charged me for that. In hindsight, at the time I probably should have disputed this in person. The car is fixed now but the cost is high due to Lube Mobile fee + other mechanic fee. Expensive outing for only bushes.
